Jon and Andy share the airwaves on a personal episode and share some details regarding the show.
Re-opening coming soon...
Sarah is a Mental Performance coach who works with individuals and groups through her new business. She never intended to have her own business, she actually never intended on being a mental performance coach...
Since she was a little girl Sarah wanted to be a sports reporter... and she was. She went through a traumatic experience, and that altered her career trajectory. She learned psychological coping skills and learned to implement them in her daily living. It changed her life. Sarah went on to get her masters of science from California State University Long Beach and as she would say "played a big game" and made the most of her opportunities. She hasn't looked back since. She is a terrific practitioner and an even better person. Enjoy!
Yesterday was September 1st... MOVING DAY
Moving brings up a lot of emotions... SO how do you know what you're feeling and what is happening?
Most importantly what do you do with that knowledge and understanding to manage?
How do you get back to the moment?
Enjoy!
Jon jumps on for an individual episode and discusses being prepared for different scenarios in competition including the "what if" moments. Competition plans and "what if" plans allow the athlete(s) to feel better prepared for what may come their way in performance.
Enjoy!
