In today's episode, I'm honoured to have the beautiful Lexi Rodriguez! Lexi is an Energetic Embodiment Coach that uses movement, meditation, breathwork and energy work to help her students explore their soul level of being-ness.

I am so grateful to have worked with her for 3 months, which completely transformed my own awareness and connection to myself and my body.

We chat about having a deep knowing by exploring sensations through the body, confidence and authenticity, connecting physical fitness with embodiment and defining a new language around that.
