Jamie-Lynn Sigler is an American actress best known for her role as Meadow Soprano on the critically acclaimed HBO series The Sopranos. She portrayed Meadow throughout the show’s six-season run from 1999 to 2007, helping make the series one of the most influential dramas in television history.In addition to her work on The Sopranos, Sigler has appeared in numerous television and film projects, including Entourage, Ugly Betty, Big Sky, I Do, and the Netflix hit Tires. She began her career in musical theater and appeared on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast.

Sigler is also an author and advocate. In 2016, she publicly revealed that she had been living with Multiple Sclerosis since the age of 20 and has since become a leading voice for awareness and support within the MS community.

Today, she co-hosts the popular podcasts MeSsy and Not Today, Pal, where she discusses health, relationships, parenting, and life in the public eye. Her memoir, And So It Is, chronicles her experiences with fame, illness, and personal growth.
