Ryan is a friend of mine that I met through the Apogee Strong Dads program - Ryan is a Dad, a business owner, and a thought leader when it comes to the traditional roles of fatherhood and masculinity. 

Ryan has garnered a lot of attention over the past year or so on social media through his handle The Wisdom of Kings - where he posts long form, thought provoking content about how we can lead our families and fully step into our role as fathers and husbands. 

This conversation was a ton of fun, with some huge takeaways - especially about how important it is to get our kids involved in sports at an early age. 

Ryan credits his experiences with competitive sports as to what has driven him to be successful in the business world, founding Guardian Payments - which has led to financial freedom for him and his family by the time he was 35.
