I thought I did all the work. I thought after all the seminars I went to, books I read, and work I did, that I had rid myself of limiting beliefs.
Truth is, I recently discovered that I had a deep-rooted belief STILL of unworthiness, perfectionism, and fear of failure!! I had no idea!
Having realized this during the week, I have been able to transform these limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs. I no longer believe their thoughts to be true.
FINALLY, I feel like a weight has been lifted. I feel alive and more aligned now, more than ever.
