Despite the defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend, we've still enjoyed a good start to the season. We've lost just two of our opening eight Premier League fixtures and we're currently 8th in the standings - not too bad, eh?

However, James Jones believes all the talk about Manuel Pellegrini instilling a big team mentality at the club needs to stop publically, as it's harder to accept defeats when in the lead against the likes of Palace at home.

William Pugh  obviously disagrees and loves Pellegrini's mindset, which made the opening stages of this week's show very interesting indeed.

Also on the show this week, the lads spoke to former Hammer Geoff Pike about the first couple of months of the season and they also had a chat about what our expectations should be between now and May.
