Sam Gray is 20 years-old.  At 16 years-old he started a drone business to help real estate agents see the condition the roofs of the houses they were selling. He sold the business at 18 and went to college to study finance. Now at college, he also sells real estate. He just sold his first house at over 1.1 million. And this is in the tough real estate market in Nashville. Mind you, he is 20 years-old.
