Habits are the catalyst to change. Habits help us reach our desired outcomes.
I know many of you already know what healthy habits look like, and on the surface, it’s pretty simple, right?
✔️Walk for 30 minutes a day
✔️Exercise for 30 minutes a day
✔️Drink plenty of water
✔️Get at least 8 hours of sleep
✔️Eat nutrient-dense foods
Many people struggle with just doing those things and here's why…
It’s overwhelming. 😨
And it’s not because of how many habits there are. It’s because of the time and effort needed to do them.
So while these 5 habits will help you reach your fitness goals, they are kind of pointless if you can’t do them consistently or at all.
My advice for tackling these habits is three things:
✅Make those habits smaller - "Turn that 30-minute exercise into a 10-minute one if it’s easier for you to do."
✅Find a good spot in your daily routines for those habits - "Take a sip of water every time you walk into the kitchen."
✅Nourish these habits until they are a part of your routine - "Try to do these every day, and as it gets easier, build on them."
Simplicity changes behavior.
Looking to start improving your health, change your habits, and achieve the lifestyle you want? This is the only place you need to be.
