A very constructive an insightful talk with great conversation and exchange of experiences and thoughts of how to take over a program as a new head coach.

This is a skill that they don’t teach us in school and that it is very important to understand and be able to create “sustainable success”.  Many times, we just think that if we apply the same things that we did at our previous program that things will work the same way.  Well my friends that are many variables to think about and this talk really gives us a good view of many coaches’ experiences.
