Nikki is a mother of 2 young boys and the founder of Mum-Me Fit Time, an online fitness and health coaching business that  takes a holistic approach in helping mums  improve on their health and fitness from the inside out.

 

Nikki's mission for Mum-Me Fit Time is to help mums move beyond just 'getting their body back'. Her philosophy is that health and fitness should be a part of your life. It isn't a specific nutrition plan, it isn't limiting yourself or doing things that you don't want to do and most importantly it isn't about taking yourself away or limiting what you can do with your family.

 

When she is not running around after her children. she loves to go out for breakfast, binge watch netflix and explore her local running trails.
