#55 - It's Been One Hell of a Week - Can Gratitude Help Us?

It's hard to believe all that's happened since I posted my last podcast a week ago. Our world is in turmoil and it feel so HEAVY right now. This episode starts with acknowledging how we are all experiencing the world in different ways and that it's ok for us to be scared, silent or speak up. I share why my daily gratitude practice is essential when times are tough. These are some of the most difficult times we have lived through in our generation. Our gratitude practice is a critical tool for getting through it.

I end with a 9 minute gratitude grounding meditation. Please make sure you listen in a safe place (not while driving) and listen again and again. I practice this short meditation at the beach most days and it's been a lifeline when things are really difficult.
