• You have to believe a little bit more than you don’t.
• Vision comes from action.  Take action in the direction of how you want to feel.
• You can’t sit around and get motivated.
• Motivation comes from tiny wins.
• If you don’t ask someone for help, you rob them of the chance to feel good by helping you.  If a person cares about you, they will want to help you.
• Upgrading her life pushed Jen to have to make more money.
