In this week’s reflection episode, I talk about the painful feeling that who you are, at your core, might be “too much” even for the people who love you deeply. After a recent experience with loved ones left me feeling emotionally overwhelmed and disconnected, I began unpacking the deeper emotions hidden beneath my anxious-avoidant attachment style, hyper-independence, and fear of being misunderstood. This episode is about recognizing what happens when we stop dismissing our emotions, learning that sensitivity is not the same thing as weakness, and understanding that healing can feel messy before it begins to feel peaceful.
🌙 In this episode, I share:
📓 Journal prompt of the week:
Write about a moment in your life where you first started feeling like you were “too much” or “not enough,” and reflect on how that experience may still affect you today.
