Talia and Kayleigh Baccino are the Owners of Pasta Cosa in Liverpool. The pair started the business six years ago with the aim of offering high quality, fresh pasta in a speedy and more casual environment.

Neither came from a food or drink background, so over the six years, they have learned a lot of hard lessons in how to bring a fresh new concept to market and operate it successfully. Having come through a tough first couple of years and adapting to survive the COVID19 pandemic, Talia and Kayleigh have shown amazing courage, resilience and creativity to develop their business in many ways.

During the podcast, they share some of those lessons with us, some of the things which they would have done differently and some of the ideas which they got right first time.
