Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 10. I will then key in on verse 4 - He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich. Friends, this verse is pretty simple - if you do not work, you will eventually become poor. If you work hard, you will be successful in life. On today's podcast I will read an article that tells us a bit about the nature of Jesus. By the end of this lesson there are three things that I ask that you consider:

1. Jesus begins with, "Blessed are the poor, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."

2. Some people interpret "the poor" as being spiritually poor (not monetarily poor).

3. Anyone, rich or poor, can taste the deep joy of God's rule and the blessing of His kingdom.
