Here is deeper shadow/inner work. Warning you will get triggered but this is where the healing can begin and where you need to access deep dark rooted emotions that are ready to be released so you can become a better version of yourself. Your higher self and be adaptable to change as it is constant whether we like it or not. We grow every day and are changing as we are supposed to.
