Today we talked all about mental health with Jaimee Smart. This topic is one I feel is such an important topic. Especially seeing the suicide rates at an all-time high from last year's events took place and so many people tapping into doing what they can to support their mental health. 

I'm so excited to have had Jaimee on as a guest to talk all about it and share her wisdom around this topic. She is finishing her master's degree in communication studies at Utah State University. She has spent her career researching mental health, including substance use, and the importance of having social supper. Her primary goal is to start conversations about mental health and normalize talking about it. Also, she is striving to challenge the stereotypes around mental illness and addictions and provide tools for everyone to better their mental health.
