#56 Manifest with music & amplify your energy - Day 5

Day 5 was SO MUCH FUN! 

I can't believe that this is the last day of the challenge. 

What we went through today: 

  • When you feel amazing, happy and are filled with gratitude, you are magnetic and in alignment with your soul - this is a perfect state for you to take action and infuse this energy into your decisions, projects, work etc. 
  • When your energy is high and when the momentum is strong, it is an opportunity for you to anchor it into your body, normalise those feelings and reassure yourself that it is safe for your to feel that good. As we can often self-sabotage our own happiness. Enjoy your desires, celebrate them - it means that the Universe is manifesting itself through you. 
  • Expansion is natural for you. Filling yourself up with gratitude helps your heart to stay open and you will be more open to receiving. 
  • Desiring more, while walking with gratitude in your heart is such a beautiful and powerful combination. Work on making the unfamiliar familiar, so that your desires don't seem 'out of reach'. 

    • Your mini assignment: 

    1. Choose a happy loving song for this technique, either one of the songs from the list below  or a song of your own liking.  

    2. Sing along with the song ( if applicable) and think of the things you are deeply grateful for. You can imagine them, you can say thank you out loud or simply do this in your own head.  This is such a powerful way to anchor gratitude into your heart.  

    3. Focus on your heart and notice how its energy is expanding.
