In this episode, I am welcoming Adrian Shepherd, a time-management expert, and author. Originally born in England, he lives and works from his home in Japan. Like many native English speakers, he started as an English teacher and transitioned into owning a franchise. But it was not until a close encounter with death during a tsunami in 2004 where he realized just how short life is. It was time to figure out what he wanted to do most. He realized it was time to stop exchanging time for money and spend more time with his family. He also wanted to use his strength of maximizing time to help others do the same.
Adrian shares some excellent input to consider when it comes to being more productive with our time. He points out that we really can't neglect our need for sleep and exercise, as minimal as 10-20 minutes a day. He also shares some great tips for creating boundaries around how and when you are willing to help others. We even talk about the beauty and power of delegating all the things that are not in your zone of genius. Don't miss this episode or the chance to connect with Adrian if you need more support when it comes to creating more time in your week!
