Anxiety is something a lot of people suffer with, and as we come out of the pandemic it seems a lot more of us have struggled with our own mental health. Inmost cases anxiety is normal reaction to stress and it’s an important emotion that keeps us safe. However, being officially diagnosed with an anxiety disorder differs from normal feelings of nervousness and height these feelings to a high level of excessiveness. In some cases, it can be debilitating and prevent people from living fulfilled lives. Just so you know, it’s okay and you’re not alone.     In today’s solo episode, I am talking about all the tips and tricks in my personal Cassidy toolbox that has helped me cope with my anxiety. Having personally dealt with anxiety I know first hand what it’s like and how it has impacted me.
