56. What‘re You Training For?

When I first began training I never knew what exactly I was training for. I had vague goals and an unclear why.

 

This is why I go SOOO hard on specific goals and a why that will truly keep you anchored to those goals.

 

When you have those established, it's then important to understand what you're training for. Many people seek the help of fitness professionals because they want to lose weight, tone up and feel better. Well the issue is most fitness professionals will give you advice that worked for them. Which doesn't mean it'll work for you.
