Thanksgiving week cracked me open. What should have been an easy “I don’t see us being together” conversation turned into a full-bodied excavation of decades of patterns around self-worth, chasing validation, and outsourcing my value.
As I processed, I found myself standing in a spiritual void — the space after everything familiar has been stripped away but the new has not fully taken shape. I talk about how this void is not punishment, but preparation. The sacred pause where God removes what was built by the smaller version of me so that something far bigger can be born.
