As a high achiever, it's probably no surprise that I put a lot of pressure on myself to constantly do more and achieve higher.

But what I've realized these past few weeks was - I'm actually doing a lot of things really great. I don't need to do more. What was "blocking" me from experiencing results was just me thinking I wasn't doing enough.

Once I shifted the story, everything lightened up.

If you feel like you're doing a lot but not seeing the results you expect… maybe you're not doing it wrong. Maybe you just need to acknowledge how great you're doing.

I recorded this episode on the heels of my divorce hearing. In it, I share my thoughts on a post that's been with me for months: what if divorce was always the plan?

That doesn't mean I consciously got married expecting to get divorced.

But maybe - just maybe - there was a higher power that knew what I desired in a relationship, and orchestrated my first marriage to help me prepare for exactly that.

This episode is a little different from past episodes I've recorded.

I coached a client through a common issue: should I go for the new job, or stay in the one I have? I had so many nuggets for her that I decided to summarize them into a podcast.

She came to me looking for job clarity. She had a long of logical reasons why the new job would be a better fit; and yet, she was still confused.

I did something different than a typical career conversation.

Instead of talking about her 5 year plan, or what might be better for her resume, I had her close her eyes and imagine herself as who she was becoming. With that as her guide, I tapped her into the energy of each job option. From there, the choice was clear.

That led into a conversation around long-term planning versus being Soul-led, and the other nuggets listed below!
