How are business federations and SMEs reacting to the announcement? Counterintuitively, will it lead to more gender discrimination at work? Also, we discuss a recent incident in Bishan where a community event queue was hijacked by people who tried to use pebbles and plastic bags to hold their place in line. In the same vein as the very Singaporean act of “choping”, is this acceptable social behaviour?
