In this Satsang, Sanjay led a discussion on the nature of realization and self-awareness, emphasizing that true realization is an individual experience that cannot be verified by others and encouraging the group to focus on their own journey toward realization. He explored the perceiver, perception, and identity, using examples and illustrations to help the audience understand that realization involves recognizing the perceiver within and experiencing awareness of everything in the present moment. Sanjay concluded by emphasizing the importance of staying in a state of pure awareness, free from identification with mind, body, and external circumstances, and encouraging listeners to remain unattached to external opinions or challenges while recognizing their eternal nature as awareness.
