56.//Working Out With Little People, Fitness In Motherhood, Showing Up Even If It’s Not Perfect

Hey Friend!

Welcome back to another episode. This week I am sharing some insights on what it's like to workout when you are a Mom with a bunch of little humans. (my world currently!) I have been well seasoned in this, the last 6 years and make it my aim to still show up to take care of my body despite the imperfection of how it all gets done sometimes. 

If you are struggling to make exercise and moving your body a priority as a Mom and really want to then let me encourage you in this episode. It can be really hard some days but you will usually thank yourself later that you did. Let your kids be your BIGGEST reason to take care of you not your excuse not to. You'd be amazed at what your children will learn and value as they watch their Mom make a little time for them. Include them and share with them why you are doing this. I am cheering you on Momma!
