I'm back!!! A few good reminders in here for this season of parties and potlucks. You don't need to diet through the holidays or starve yourself for each of the meals you're going to eat and you sure don't need to 'earn' your food by relentlessly working out. But you also don't need to sabatoge your goals and say screw it and eat all the cookies on the platter just because they're there. It's called balance ;)
