2023 is the year for teachers! I run through 10 habits I think every teacher should have and build upon. It is not realistic or suggested to try to change all 10 of these things right away, start with one and get consistent with it and then add another. I highly suggest reading the book, Atomic Habits, to assist you in reaching these goals for yourself. And make sure to get in our Facebook group!
Habit 1 : Get enough sleep
Habit 2 : Eat nutrient dense food
Habit 3 : Move your body
Habit 4 : Take your email off your phone
Habit 5 : Start a gratitude journal at school
Habit 6 : Drink your water
Habit 7 : Plan ahead of time
Habit 8 : Have a morning and after school routine
Habit 9 : Listen or read to motivating material
