Rob Wasserman is a Philadelphia Restaurateur. Rob's establishments have set the tone for dining in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood for over 20 years. Rouge is the Square’s original dining destination and the bistro remains a favorite among locals and visitors alike for its ambiance, food, cocktails and park-side dining. The company expanded in 2018, acquiring Rittenhouse Square staples Audrey Claire & Twenty Manning Grill and becoming JMAC Hospitality. JMAC Hospitality now encompasses the restaurant group, a pop-up bar, and the fundraising campaigns 'Burger Brawl' and 'We Are Philly'. In addition, Rob is a partner in Snap Pizza, a growing local chain of fast casual restaurants.
