In this episode I chat through a few different reasons why following a low calorie diet or trying to only eat 1 meal a day will not allow you to achieve your fat loss goals: its unrealistic to think you can maintain that for the rest of your life, your mood and energy will go to shit, your cortisol(stress hormone) increases and you will overeat at some point.
