I am speaking today about one of my favorite books, “So Good They Can’t Ignore You.” It is by Cal Newport and what the book is about, is being so good at your craft that people start seeking you out. Additionally, the book is really about just staying true to you and what Newport calls career capital, which is working smart, being diligent, showing up, and going through the process of next.
