Join Sammy Warrayat and Bryan Gillette in today's episode covering how to unlock EPIC performance in fitness.
Bryan is a decorated athlete, completing hundreds of mile bike races, cycling across the United States in many different ways, but most impressively a 50 day cycling tour that took him 4,000 miles from Newport, Oregon to Newport, Rhode Island. He's also completed marathons and ultramarathons running, again completing an incredible feat of a 205 mile race around Lake Tahoe in just over 3 DAYS of continuous running. We'll discuss the mindset that goes on in those types of activities, how to build up the discipline and no-quit attitude using the EPIC Framework.
Learn more about Bryan on LinkedIn, grab a copy of the EPIC Performance book, or take the EPIC assessment to see where your strengths and weaknesses are in the process to achieving greatness!
