There's one emotion that's SO powerful it makes everything in our lives better.

Yet most of us don't understand this, so we don't apply it to our lives.

Our default brain confuses us to believe this feeling will make us complacent and content. It tells us if we feel this, then we won't respond to the desires God puts on our heart.

So instead we use the opposite approach to try to motivate ourselves to do the things we want to do.

But that approach doesn't work because it feels terrible, it's exhausting, and eventually it makes us quit.
