Spirituality is the water, and islam is the cup that holds it. 

I think in life we can all feel spirituality, and we all search for a deeper meaning and a sense of how to be. islam in  in itself is a framework that holds that it give a guidance and ad discipline that holds that spiritual water that runs through us.
