Welcome back Warriors! For day 3 of suicide prevention awareness. This episode I welcome two titans and veterans of the show. We have the incredible Tiffany Werhner and the mighty Brian Cardoza.
This show is all about having an empowering chat about Mental Health, masculinity and at this moment suicide in men. Together we are the strongest force for change.
Now some of you may disagree with what we are about to say, but my guests believe as I do that the dialogue around Mental Health needs to shift forward. Men are dying at an alarming rate, something somewhere isn't working.
This is sensitive topic but, we need to start enquiring into what's not working so everyone of us can educate ourselves and make a difference
