And - what exactly do we mean when we say "power?" I feel like it's a term that gets thrown around, but without a common idea of what it actually means.

That's what I explore today: what I think of when I hear "power," and some of the unconscious reasons I've witnessed (and personally experience) that keep people from fully owning theirs.
