Yeonsil Yoo is the Founder and CEO of Upfly, an online education platform to teach ambitious young Korean professionals international job search strategies and personal branding.  Her mission is to bridge the information gap regardless of location and position.  Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, she spent her entire career in HR, leading international projects with cross functional teams.  She was fortunate to work for iconic tech companies, but she aspired to do something different, something more impactful and something bigger.  Yeonsil decided to help those who are eager to go for the path she has been.  Her specialties include HR Consulting, Career Coaching, Digital Content Creation, and Online Marketing.
