A recent study indicates that presidents and chief financial officers have confidence in the financial viability of their institutions and the future of higher education.  These results come at a time when we are witnessing an unprecedented number of college closings, mergers, and acquisitions.  How do we reconcile how scholastic leadership feels and what we are witnessing in the higher ed sector?
