59-Exploring the Healing Power of Crystals
In this episode I talk about and show some of my crystals and their healing and metaphysical properties. I now have a growing collection of stones and crystals and have acquired most of them because of specific healing properties that I desired to experience. The reference book I use is Crystal Basics Pocket Encyclopedia by Nicholas Pearson. Some of my best healers I have found myself. In the episode, I talk about the following types of crystals and their benefits I've experienced (F=found, P=purchased):
Amethyst, pink (P) - stomach
Amethyst, spirit (P) - healing, headaches, serenity, wisdom, uplifts spirit
Aventurine, red (F) - energy, libido, revitalizes body, courage, confidence Chalcedony, blue (F, P) - relaxation, sinuses, allergies, peace, inspiration, clarity
Chalcedony, pink (F) - peace, tranquility
Citrine (P) - unwinds tension, personal power, optimism, success, abundance
Emerald (P) - healing, universal love, surrender, illuminates truth
Hematite (P) - inflammation, headaches, ambition, memory
Herkimer Diamond (P) - clarity, focus, communication with spirit & angels, channeling
Muscovite, golden mica (P) - energy, mental prowess, unity consciousness, compassion
Muscovite, pink (F) - calming, empowering, unity consciousness
Pyrite (P) - willpower, self confidence, inspires action, magnetizes wealth Ruby (P) - revitalizes, life force, fatigue, invigorates mind, decisive action, vital energy
Rutile (P) - allergies, creativity, charisma, communication, personal power, manifestation
Sapphire, blue (F) - nervous system, headaches, balance, clarity, focus, communication, opens mind, hope, harmony, wisdom
Sapphire, white (F) - healing, clarity, inner vision, psychic abilities
Selenite (P) - energy, insight, inner guidance
Selenite, Desert Rose (P) - fatigue, joy, appreciation of life, grace
Smoky Quartz with specular hematite (P) - sleep, healing, inflammation, focus, clarity, empowerment, stimulates immune system
I have numerous other crystals and stones that I didn't have time to mention: crazy lace agate, blue lace agate, rutilated quartz, brecciated jasper, red jasper with quartz, moonstone, sunstone, rainbow lattice sunstone, rhodochrosite, wulfenite, chrysocolla, celestite, grossular garnet, amazonite, red beryl, and more.
