This week’s drink: The Harlem via Difford’s Guide

INGREDIENTS 

• 2 oz dry gin
• ¼ oz maraschino liqueur
• 1 ⅓ oz pineapple juice
• 4 drops Difford’s Margarita Bitters (or similar)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.

The Rye in the Catcher via Tequila Mockingbird

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 1 (12 oz) bottle ginger beer

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add whiskey, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to a glass with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir.
