This week’s drink: South Dakota Gold Rush via Valiant Winery + Distillery
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Clay Turner bourbon
- ¾ oz South Dakota honey syrup
- Dissolve ½ cup honey into ¼ cup hot water. Let cool before using.
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously until well chilled
- Strain into a whiskey glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
