At work, so much of our communication is tactical. It’s about the nuts and bolts of getting the work done. And, our communication at work has become even more task-oriented and tactical with so many people working from home. Sometimes, however, it is very important to be more strategic in our communication, especially if you need to influence or get someone on board with a new set of ideas. In this episode, I share a process for communicating more strategically so that you can have broader influence.
