My awesome conversation with Lee Forrester, was awesomely insightful and deliciously eye-opening. Lee helps women to not deprived themselves when it comes to healthy lifestyles. She helps them by showing them how they can eat well, live well, enjoy life in any season, and not count themselves out. Lee doesn’t care what your age number is, she strives for women you be their best selves in any state. When she works with clients, she teaches them how to do all that so they feel their optimum best into their next chapter…their next chapter…and on and on.
Lee has 7 years of experience as a health coach, 3 years as a personal trainer, and 30 years of medical background. She has the knowledge and expertise required to help you towards optimal health. Having experience with women in their 40s and 50s and women with hormonal imbalances, Lee knows exactly what works and what doesn’t.
