Reframe & Reclaim hit the road and visited our Texas neighbor for the New Mexico Counseling Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico! We were excited to meet mental health professionals that serve the diverse communities throughout the state, and share the mission and goals of Reframe & Reclaim.

 We connected with various mental health professionals, counselors and social workers that mirrored our sentiments and research of how they have witnessed these impacts within their communities. Not only is clutter and disorganization a physical challenge, a 2016 study by the Journal of Environmental Psychology found a direct correlation between higher amounts of clutter and lower life satisfaction.
