In many industries employees are exposed to all kinds of hazards in the workplace. When it comes to known hazards like asbestos or radiation, employers can follow OSHA regulations to protect their employees from harm.

In this episode, I’m going to share the reasons and studies to support why I think OSHA should adopt my ‘proposed’ standards for toxic behavior. But there is one thing that I think has been overlooked - or unaddressed. And that is the known dangers of a toxic work environment.
