Today I am welcoming thought coach, speaker, writer Tom Froehlich to the show. Tom has a powerful story to share of how he was able to break free from expectations, addiction, and an ordinary life. Now he has dedicated his life's work to helping others do the same. Tom believes that you are born knowing exactly your life's purpose yet is very aware of the constant competition we come up against in the voices and fears of those around us, even those that love us most. Tom and I talk about the power of limiting beliefs and what it takes to break through them.
Tom offers some practical tips for being able to step into the life you were meant to live. He encourages us that the process must begin with just believing you can become the person you know you were meant to be. We both agree that there is also something super powerful about sitting down to make a list of the myths you are entertaining coupled with a list of strengths you know you have. These can be an excellent resource for developing a solid plan of action. We also discuss the way each of us has been challenged in positive ways through the opportunities we took to travel and experience new cultures.
In this episode you'll learn:
