When Covid hit, Michelle Horvat decided to learn more about a hobby she always had interest in...creating charcuterie boards.  As group gatherings started getting back to normal, Michelle would bring those boards she experimented with to her friends, and they told her she was on to something.  Next thing they knew, they had a business opportunity and it's now blossomed into Charcuterie ATX.  Michelle's husband Arijan joined us to share their story and how they planned to shake up the charcuterie board industry!
