Stress is the label we use to describe negative emotion such as fear, doubt and uncertainty. All of these negative emotions come from something that we're attached to, and that attachment is then disrupted. This is what we label as being stressed out. Once we are aware of that attachment, we can better prepare ourselves for stress.
