Writing my upcoming book based on the Support is Sexy concept, which is scheduled to come out later in 2019 (eek!) has been amazingly invigorating and exciting and, real talk: terrifying! And I realize that the closer I get to sending that manuscript in, the bigger the Resistance is.

On this episode I talk about the perfectly timed reminder that came courtesy of an old episode of Super Soul Sunday where Oprah Winfrey interviewed author Steven Pressfield, who wrote one of my favorite books, The War of Art. Steven Pressfield shared what it means for us to recognize Resistance (with a capital R) and to know that, when you're attempting to move to the next level or create your great work. Here, I talk about the top five ways I have seen resistance manifest in my own journey of writing this book and how we can can move forward when Resistance gets a hold of us.
