A question I encounter all the time.  For me it was why bother signing up for a shot?  They will never pick me. Then looking at the original train why bother pushing past a stage coach? and (2) Hire consultant companies and pay by the hour vs. by work done.  Paying by hour is so not agile.  Done is a better measure or a combo.

No! But it was a start to something amazing. Heck Yes!  First Flight F/A-18E/F in 1995.  Same goes with Agile Transformation, Big Corp Consultants want to do everything at once and they forget about things like essential SAFe or simple and practical idea of adapting agile mindset.  Causing companies to give up because it is not perfect.

It is not right not to give attention, and (2) Cameras on - As the agile coach I noticed I was the only one with my camera on and I realized I violated the team's space.  I don't think anyone noticed but I realized it.  Need to ask Scrum Master about team norms.
